9) Shipping, Cold Chain & Risk

Cold-chain Goods ship in insulated packaging designed for 2–8 °C.

Title passes on full payment; risk passes on delivery.

We provide tracking; parcels require signature. Couriers cannot leave temperature-controlled Goods unattended.
10) Inspection on Delivery

Check the parcel on arrival. Report damage, missing items, or temperature concerns within 24 hours with photos.

Keep all packaging until we finish the investigation.
11) Returns & Refunds

For safety, temperature-controlled Goods are non-returnable once dispatched, except where faulty, damaged in transit, or sent in error.

Orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full.

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 3–5 working days.

We may charge a reasonable fee if packaging/booking has started on a customer-initiated cancellation.
12) Quality, Recalls & Complaints

In a recall or safety notice, follow our instructions and those of the authorities.

13) Storage & Use

Use sharps bins for needles and pens. Keep out of reach of children.

Do not tamper with packaging or temperature indicators.

15) Warranties & Liability
